Don’t trust these programs y’all. It’s pretty much a pyramid scheme scam. My card was double charged twice for the full amount. After bringing this to Sabahs attention I was blocked from discord and email.
Hi Samantha! You were notified MULTIPLE times that your card was double charged due to the Klarna and Stan platform. As stated multiple times in our private email and the discord group where you made racist, degrading comments to myself and the students and broke the guidelines that were to be agreed upon to be in the group (which resulted in you to being peacefully removed). You attacked me and refused to send an email to even resolve the issue. You then proceeded to call the program and myself a 'scam', after I tried to resolve the issue, empathized with you and provided a FULL refund for the amount I was aware of you being charged, which I provided you receipts for (and am happy to attach here). You continue to now speak rudely to me via email throughout my many attempts to continuously help, contact these platforms and get these issues resolved. I am a peaceful person who is always happy to help a customer if there is an OUNCE of dissatisfaction, but the multiple online threats, character defamation claims and overall harassment has completely pushed the limits. You have yet to respond to my latest email sent, again trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. I have been nothing but polite and patient with you, while you have exchanged very nasty words to me, AND the students inside of the private community publicly and privately (again, resulting in your removal from the platform). You have continually run to every platform to make your point, while we are still in an active case to resolve the issue. You paid for the program through Klarna, which is a payment installment platform, therefore...once your card information is received I have absolutely ZERO control over when it gets charged, I don't even see your card information and I have my systems intentionally set up that way for the privacy of my users. There is absolutely no way for me to charge your card again once the purchase is made, I am only able to authorize refunds. Which as previously stated, I already have and have provided you the receipt via email.
